Here at Butterfly Cottages, our goal is to provide a structured, safe environment for our residents.
Our expections:

Absolutely NO POSSESSION OR USE OF DRUGS at any time.
Absolutely NO POSSESSION OR USE ALCOHOL at any time.
Absolutely NO POSSESSION OR USE OF ANY MOOD OR MIND ALTERING SUBSTANCE.
You are to stay clean and sober.
Everyone is subject to random, mandatory drug and alcohol tests at the manager's discretion. There will be a time limit of 45 minutes during which the test must be completed. A positive result is grounds for immediate removal from the premises. One supervised hour will be provided to pack any and all belongings at this time.
Everyone must be out of bed by 10:00 AM with beds made.
It is the resident's responsibility to know their curfew and be home on time every night.
We enforce an escalating curfew system. Curfew for the first week including weekends is 10:00 PM. Curfew for the second week including weekends is 11:00 PM. Then, curfew for the next two weeks is 11:30 PM including weekends. After this first month and if rules and expectations are being followed, the permanent curfew increases to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 1:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Once a resident it home on time for curfew, they are not to leave the property or have anyone over for the duration of the night.
Visitors, such as sponsors for step work, must be cleared with the manager before hand.
No men are allowed anywhere on any property at any time.
There will be fines and/or reduced curfews if a resident is not meeting expectations and/or following rules.
Mandatory weekly house meetings are held Monday evenings at 7:30 PM and will be attended by ALL residents.
Rent must be paid in full and on time.
Residents are expected to maintain their assigned chores through out the week while also cleaning up after themselves.
All residents are expected to have a sponsor, attend 12 step meetings, and work the 12 steps with their sponsor.
All residents are expected to have a job.
